Proposed Plans for Beechwood
We are currently working to obtain planning approval to build a new health centre to serve Beechwood and the wider community.
Our vision is to build a new Health and Community Centre in the heart of the Beechwood estate on the former Scout Hut site—an inclusive, welcoming space dedicated to tackling health inequalities and fostering community health and wellbeing. Our proposed health centre will serve as a hub for regular community health and wellbeing events, supporting patients and their families to better health.
GP + Health Services
The provision of leading GP and Health Services in the heart of your community. Offering everything from GP Services, to first contact physiotherapy, we believe in creating and supporting healthy neighbourhoods.
Our vision is to provide GP services that work for you, with extended opening hours providing evening and weekend appointments, so we’re there when you need us.
Wellbeing
Not just there for when you’re unwell, our focus is on supporting our patients and the local community to live well. We will host events in our community space, connecting you with information, education and organisations. Our team extends beyond GP services with a wellbeing team dedicated to providing you with the best support whatever your health journey, from Social prescribers to health coaches, we believe everyone has the right to feel well.
Community
Community extends beyond a GP appointment and we have already been working with various organisations in the Beechwood Estate community to engage, inform and support patients and residents delivered through a series of health pop ups and events. We believe in consistent actions, we’re a team of ‘do-ers’ so you’ll find us supporting plenty of local events in the coming months. A new Health Centre would provide a community space that could support many patient, family and resident focused events.

Our plans extend beyond GP and health services, we want to support our patients and local residents to live well. Our proposed community space will allow us to host collaborative neighbourhood focused events , ensuring you’re equipped with the best information and advice to keep well.
