Our vision.

We are currently working to obtain planning approval to build a new health centre to serve Beechwood and the wider community.
Our vision is to build a new Health and Wellbeing Centre in the heart of the Beechwood estate—an inclusive, welcoming space dedicated to tackling health inequalities and fostering community health and wellbeing. Our proposed health centre will serve as a hub for regular community health and wellbeing events, supporting patients and their families to better health.

We will offer a wide range of supporting services, including health coaching, access to social prescribers, family health clinics, first contact physiotherapy, weight loss workshops, support groups, cancer care support and other vital resources designed to empower the community and improve quality of life.

Our mission is to address health inequalities for those living in the local community. We want to support our patients to Live Well by being able to access healthcare, advice, education and support when they need it.

“The new health centre will allow us to improve the physical and mental health outcomes and wellbeing of local people, while reducing health inequalities within and across this community.”
