March 2025 - EmpowHER Women’s Health Breakfast Event

Today we held a collaborative EmpowHER Women's Health event alongside the Beechwood Community Shop and Hub, bringing together women from across the community for a morning of connection, support, and wellbeing. Guests were welcomed with a delicious, healthy breakfast generously provided by the Beechwood team, setting the tone for an uplifting and informative event.

Attendees had the opportunity to speak with several community organisations, including the Wirral and Cheshire Breast Screening Programme, who offered valuable information and answered questions on all aspects of women’s health. Paxton hosted a drop-in GP Q&A session, giving women a safe space to ask questions about menopause, health screenings, and any other concerns they may have had.

Our dedicated health coaches also offered free health checks to all guests, supporting preventative care and personal wellbeing. In addition to the informative sessions, guests enjoyed a range of relaxing, complimentary activities such as sound baths and mindful colouring. These calming practices created a peaceful environment where we explored ways to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

The event was a true celebration of community, empowerment, and proactive health—thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a special event.
