January 2025 - Diabetes Awareness Event- Beechwood

Today’s Diabetes Awareness Event was a great success!

We teamed up with Beechwood Community Shop + Hub and Diabetes Smart to support our local community in learning more about diabetes prevention and management.

Diabetes Smart delivered an informative and engaging talk, while our dedicated health coach team offered health checks for all guests. Our amazing diabetes nurses were also on hand to answer questions, address concerns, and offer lifestyle guidance to help manage or prevent diabetes.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and took part – working together to raise awareness and support healthier lives!
